Once you’ve paid the tender request fee, we will promptly schedule your tender acceptance meeting. It will take place within 10 business days of receiving your tender request documents. Once your building contract is signed, we will promptly confirm the on-site start date for commencing construction of your new home. Our guarantee to you is a commitment to avoiding stalling or delays. You can expect certainty every step of the way.

Upon starting construction, we will provide you with a confirmed completion date for your new home. No ambiguity, no unnecessary waiting.
